Flexi-time

All employees are offered a flexi-time option, this provides all employees flexibility to complete contractual hours in a way that suits them, this gives flexibility of working longer and shorter days across the working week.

Our office is open from 08:00 am until 18:00 pm from Monday to Friday; the core in office hours are 09.30 am to 16:00 pm during which employees must be in the business.

 

Location

Our small office is located on the outskirts of North Guildford, in Surrey (Merrow).

Our head office address is Unit 1, Bridge Park, Merrow, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 7BF, please consider your commuting journey before applying to our company.

Travel

By car:  we are accessible from Southbound and Northbound of the A3. Linking to A31, M25 and M3 connections.

Cycle to work:  we have a safe storage for bikes and an area to dry your clothes. Currently we do not have shower facilities.

Bus: the nearest bus stop is located just outside of the office on Park Lane. There are direct buses from Guildford Bus Station.

Train: Guildford Mainline Station and Guildford (London Road) Station is approximately 1 hour + walk to the office.

Customer Services Assistant (B2C)

Personal Profile

We are looking for someone who can joins us who can make a real difference in a pivotal role. Cultural “fit” is very important to us – we are a young, dynamic team with a proactive, positive attitude to getting things done and having some fun along the way.

Up to £19k per annum

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to provide first class customer service for our B2C Customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver outstanding and first-class customer service to our B2C customers.
  • Help customers will all sorts of questions such as sizing, returns, wetsuit hires, warranties, product knowledge, and helping them with their orders.
  • Processing customer product returns promptly and recording using our in-house systems.
  • Handling daily email responses and customer phone calls.
  • Complaint resolution and finding solutions to improve the customer journey.
  • Helping in the warehouse, picking and packing when required.
  • Cross and up-selling, offering customers further choice and finding solutions to increase sales.
  • Working in a small close-knit operations team, helping with improvement projects and other sections within the team such as B2B and events.

Key Skills:

Essential

  • 1 years + experience in administration or customer service – preferably within the sports goods industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, communication will be mainly via email, some phone and website live chat will be involved.
  • IT literate with Microsoft suites of software

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Orderwise ERP System
  • Experience in e-commerce or online retail business.
  • An interest in sports, triathlon, running, cycling, swimming and general fitness.

Customer Services Executive (B2B)

Job Description:

This role is predominantly focused on B2B customer services with an anticipated 70/30 split between that and the product executive role. The balance may change depending upon the time of year – for example in high season the CS section of the role may take precedence over the product aspect and vice versa in low season.

Responsibilities include:

  • To deliver class leading customer service and support to all our B2B customers– UK and Global.
  • To manage our Amazon direct fulfilment
  • To ensure a smooth process for all B2B customer transaction points – order / returns / warranties
  • To support the UK and Intl sales team with effective communications to ensure they are aware of issues with any of their customer orders.
  • Seasonal help on B2C customer service.

The role is an integral part of a wider customer services team consisting of Head of Operations, B2C Customer services team as well as colleagues in the sales team. As such, you will be working closely with all team members to ensure a world class experience for all our customers.

Key Skills:

Essential

  • Experience in a customer services role – preferably within the sports goods industry
  • IT literate with Microsoft suites of software
  • Strong communication skills – internal & external

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Orderwise ERP System
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams software
  • An interest in performance products and understanding the benefits these bring to athletic performance
